  1. This project is special to me because it's the first it's the beginning I created this track in a common meter 4/4 in the key of C major for the first 16 bars, and then in a A minor for the next 16 bars with a tempo of 92 bpm for a total of 32 bars.

  1. I started with my drums kick snare and hats. On the kick drum I put a slight EQ to take out some of the highs and kept it panned straight up the middle with a little bit of time-based reverb effect. I created the base off of the kick drum added a few ghosts notes by following the key to my harmony the actual chord progression. C. F D. Am. Dm. Again, I added a time base effect reverb. And I created the Chord progression after I created my melody track.

  1. Rhythm on tracks 10,14 an 15 was from the emotions I was feeling at that moment. For the first 16 Bars. They we're created with a simple motif style leading to an ascending and descending sound playing it on a grand piano. Accompanied by acoustic guitar I use volume automation on both tracks to slightly fade out before the next 16 bars came in to create a subtle yet dramatic intro into the next sixteen bars. This is also where even though the tempo seems to be going faster it was the same because opposed to using quarter notes I was using an eighth note.

  1. So now on the second 16 bars the track had more energy more excitement which is when I introduce the ES P and the ES M synthesizers on tracks 15,16 to create my own unique sound my own patch from scratch. I also included the quick sampler on track 17 with a logic’s audio loop I sampled at different pitches. With an audio drum loop on track 18 to accompany the original drums. I also recorded a live sound whistling into a snure sm57 dynamic mic I chose the dynamic mic to help remove some of the natural siblings from whistling.

  1. The processing of all these tracks was quite extends. All the tracks were panned slightly left or right except for the original kick and the audio live recording the whistle they were both left up the middle. On track 16 the ES M I put a Arp directly on the track and i used the time base on bus 7 to add a delay again I use volume automation on all the tracks creating different amplitudes. I had the drums drop out on track 1-2 and three at beat 5 and beat 21 and come back in on beat 7 and 23 as well as on track 18 the drum fill but I had it drop out beat 21 and come back in at beat 22.
